Bathroom Affected by Water Damage in White House, TN

These photos show the bathroom of a rental house that was damaged by leaking plumbing behind the shower. To access the majority of the wet area, the tub/shower combination need to be removed to dry the floor beneath it and stud wall behind it. The bottom portion of the vanity was also damaged by the water, causing it to swell. Our customer decided to replace it with more of a modern style vanity after the dry out was completed. Our customer was very happy with the end results, and he made the comment that he believes the upgrades to the bathroom will increase the value of his investment property.
