2 Story Water Damage in White House, TN

This water damage in White House, TN was caused by a broken water pipe in a bathroom on the second floor of the home. A large portion of the house was affected by the damage; however, this photo is showing the damage, dry out and repair work done in the living room. We initially pulled back the carpet, removed the saturated carpet pad and dried the sub floor and drywall. After the drying was completed, a new carpet pad was installed and the carpet was re-laid. Our customer was expecting a much longer process and she was thrilled with the final results.
